Un Japonais qui cours des marathon ?

Kutte

Found myself in another Japanese spot, but this one has something the others don't. Nothing like the generic Japanese restaurants you can find by the hundreds in BKK. A few things here really set the place apart and make it feel warm. First off, you eat outside in a courtyard, so yeah it gets hot, BUT the chef's cooking and his kindness make you forget about that pretty fast. The place feels a bit out of time, tucked inside a little food garden bubble where you can spot some good-looking burgers and a small bar to grab a drink if eating isn't enough. Anyway, back to what matters... the chef is just as good at running as he is at sharing happiness through his cooking simple Japanese food, but really well executed. The karaage was absolutely incredible, and the kimchi is honestly one of the best I've had in BKK. To really get what this place is about, you need to come share the moment with the right people, and the chef will take care of the rest. I'll definitely be back.
